• SCOPE OF WORK

  The Fenwick Golf Course Phase 3 project continues a phased bunker renovation at the 9-hole links course in the Borough of Fenwick, Old Saybrook, Connecticut. This phase focuses on rebuilding, reshaping, and eliminating select bunkers across holes #2, #3, #5, #6, #7, and #9.

  Key scope items include:

  • Earthwork, sod stripping, excavation, and bunker edge shaping.

  • Sub-surface bunker drainage installation, including drainage tiles, outlets, and gravel stone sumps.

  • Bunker floor compaction, edge trimming, and placement/hauling of fresh bunker sand.

  • Topsoil spreading, tamping, fine grading, and native area restoration.

  • Installation of fescue rough, green collar, and approach sod around all disturbed areas.

  • Irrigation modifications around renovated green surrounds in coordination with specialty subcontractors.
