The Chequessett Club project represents our commitment to precision course restoration. By blending structural engineering with landscape architecture, we are modernizing the course while respecting the natural character of the Wellfleet site. Our team is currently managing an intensive, multi-phase restoration effort that addresses the foundational needs of the course—from the ground up.
Key Construction Focus Areas
Foundation & Drainage: We are implementing a comprehensive drainage network to ensure year-round course health, paired with mass grading and earthwork that improves both aesthetics and playability.
Pond Restoration: Our team is working on the reconstruction of vital water features, including tributary channel excavation and the installation of specialized pond liners to improve environmental containment.
Green & Tee Complexes: Through careful finish-shaping and the use of high-quality material mixes, we are rebuilding the green and tee complexes to modern standards.
Infrastructure: The project includes the removal and replacement of existing bridges to upgrade safety and infrastructure longevity across the course.
