Key scope items include:
Turf stripping, sand removal, edging, and rough shaping of fairway and greenside bunkers.
Earthwork and material movement, including loading, hauling, and grading fill and topsoil across work areas.
Sub-surface drainage installation, including drainage piping, wye fittings, and 12" catch basins.
Capillary Concrete bunker liner installation across prepared bunker floors.
Rough sodding and turf installation around completed bunker surrounds.
