• SCOPE OF WORK

  The Mosholu Golf Course project focuses on completing the construction of the first hole, with the green originally built in 2006. The scope of work includes:

  • Constructing tees for the first hole

  • Building a putting green

  • Lowering the fairway, including chipping rock

  • Installing a sand bunker

  • Installing an irrigation system

  • Erecting a safety fence

  • Sodding the designated areas

  • Installing a cart path

  • Planting trees and shrubs
