This artscape is an off Broadway drama in the form of a full 18 Hole PGA golf course. Perched as an etched emerald at the pinnacle of the Hudson River, the Manhattan Skyline can be glimpsed in the background. The play unfolds in deep dramatic challenges as the course changes elevation and period. Aesthetics explode in a contrast of textures and colors, vivid emeralds and softer greens caress the blue-white sky; stone and water and lawn converge. The Clubhouse is of natural granite; its exterior cut in a late 40’s style offers a traditional backdrop to game play of the future. This jewel, designed by Rick Jacobson, attracts golfers from the metropolitan area looking for a challenge in a beautiful setting.
